The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with MoreThanSun S.L. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations, and let us help you if you have anything to ask about them.

PRICES
MoreThanSun Travel
The prices of the tours indicated on this website and in all our documentation are always prices per person staying in a double room shared with another person. The price includes everything expressly outlined in the tour description and the service contract, as well as fees and indirect taxes where applicable (VAT, IGC).
The prices of our tours do not include any transportation (except during some guided excursions included), visas, extras at meals, special food regimens, laundry, optional hotel services, and in general any other service that is not specifically described in the offer.
We guarantee that the price of your holiday will not be subject to any surcharges once a booking has been confirmed. We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time until the cost of your chosen holiday has been confirmed.

PAYING FOR YOUR TOUR
MoreThanSun Travel
Once we receive a completed booking form and deposit of 150 euros for each person travelling, a contract will come into effect between the client and MoreThanSun S.L. . When we issue a confirmation invoice or confirm the booking as definite to you a binding contract comes into existence .
All tours are subject to availability. If we cannot confirm a booking, the deposit will be returned to the client. The balance is due 15 days before departure. The deposit of 150 euros will be deducted from the total tour cost when paying the outstanding amount.
When the booking is made within 15 days of departure, the reservation is secured upon receipt of a completed booking form and the total tour cost. If we do not receive all payments in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled in which case cancellation charges will be payable by the client.
You will receive the complete travel documentation once we have received all payments in full. Please check your confirmation documents carefully upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect. It may not be possible to make changes later.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We take responsibility for ensuring that the tour you book with us will be provided as described in our documentation and offered services fulfill the agreed standard. If some part of your contracted arrangements is not provided as promised, we will compensate it appropriately if this has reasonably affected the enjoyment of your tour.
Please note that responsibility for any loss of enjoyment due to failure to follow information supplied by MoreThanSun S.L.or for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal property cannot be accepted by MoreThanSun S.L.
We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by force majeure. In these general conditions, force majeure refers to any event we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include strife, terrorist activity, civil, industrial dispute, natural disaster, war or threat of war, riots, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events beyond our control.

IF YOU ALTER YOUR BOOKING

If you need to make an alteration to your booking once it has already been confirmed by MoreThanSun S.L., the company will do its best to accommodate your changes, which must be specified in writing. An amendment fee of 20 euros per person will however be made to cover the incurred necessary administrative costs.
The company may become liable to pay its suppliers (hotels, etc.) cancellation fees for alterations made within 15 days of departure, so in addition to amendment fees, the cancellation charges set out below may be charged on a pro rata basis for each day involving an amendment.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
MoreThanSun Travel
You have the option to cancel the services contracted with MoreThanSun S.L. The cancellation must be exercised in writing by the same person who signed the original booking form. If you choose to exercise your option of cancelling the tour, you have a right to a refund for the paid amount. In any case, the following cancellation fees will apply:

- Cancellation more than 15 days before departure: Without cancellation fee
- Cancellations 08 – 14 days before departure: 25% of the total cost of the service contracted or the deposit if greater.
- Cancellation 03 – 07 days before departure: 50% of the total cost of the services contracted or the deposit if greater.
- Cancellation 72 hours prior to departure: Full cost of the services contracted.

The day of cancellation is the day when MoreThanSun S.L. receives the notification of the cancellation. Please take into account that if the accommodation or any other reserved service is not used once the holiday has begun, there is no possibility for refund available regardless of what is stated by the local supplier.

IF WE CANCEL OR ALTER YOUR BOOKING

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in our travel documentation and other details both prior to and after bookings have been confirmed. In the event of any alteration to the agreed itinerary before the departure we will take all necessary actions to offer a suitable alternative. Most changes are minor you will informed as soon as possible. If a significant change must be made less than 15 days prior to departure (a change of hotel or other accommodation or a change of confirmed excursion/activity), you will be immediately informed and offered to chooce from the following options:

- Accepting the changed arrangements (maintaining the agreed service standard), or
- Changing the dates of your tour, or
- Purchasing an alternative tour from us, of an equal or similar standard to that originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less expensive than your original one, the difference will be refunded but if it is more expensive, you will be asked to you pay the difference), or
- Cancelling your reservation and receiving a full refund of your deposit and any sum that you have paid to MoreThanSun S.L. which shall constitute a full settlement.

The customer should communicate his or her decision to MoreThanSun S.L. within 48 hours after being notified of the modification. If the customer does not notify MoreThanSun S.L. of his or her decision as outlined above, it will be understood that he or she opts for the modification of the contract. Please note, the above options are not available when the change is a minor one.

We may, very rarely, be compelled by force majeure to alter or terminate your tour after departure but before the scheduled end of your time away. (During the trip we reserve the right, if we consider it necessary, for any reason and at any time to alter an itinerary according to weather, force majeure, or other considerations). This is extremely unlikely but if this situation does occur, regrettably we will be unable to make any refunds (unless we obtain any refunds from our suppliers), pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses you incur as a result.
MoreThanSun S.L. reserves the right to cancel a booking without any obligation to refund or make alternative arrangements, if customer fails to make payment, or otherwise the client's behaviour causes the tour to end. (If the holiday is cancelled due to a failure to pay the final balance, we reserve the right to recover unpaid monies due to us by any appropriate means ).

The company also reserves the right, for any reason or at any time, to decline to accept, or to retain, any person as a client particularly if their conduct is disruptive and affecting the enjoyment of other participants of the trip, and we shall be under no liability for any costs incurred by such a person as a result of us doing so.
MoreThanSun S.L. will in no case be responsible for any costs that are not included in the travel package contracted with the company, such as transportation from the passenger's place of origin to the place of travel departure, or vice versa, hotel reservations for days prior to or after travel not made by the company, etc.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR CHILDREN

For those travelling with children, MoreThanSun S.L. has determined the following conditions:

- Children from ages 0-3: With regards to MoreThanSun S.L. they will travel free.
- Children from ages 3-10: A children's rate will apply.
- Children over age 10: Will be considered as adults to all effects.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Our prices do not include travel insurance. The client has to contract a separate travel insurance with the cover he/she considers necessary (medical and associated expenses, baggage, personal accident, cancellation charges, personal liability, etc.). We recommend you to contract an insurance from the moment of the booking. Optional insurance is available by MoreThanSun S.L.

PASSPORT, VISAS AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION

All customers without exception (including children) must have their personal and family documentation in order. This may be a passport or a national identity card (European Citizens), according to the laws of the countries they are visiting.
MoreThanSun S.L. refuses all responsibility in cases where a customer is denied a visa by an authority due to a circumstance particular to the customer; or is denied entrance into the country for not having the required documents, for having defective documents, or for not being a carrier of the required documents. Any costs that are incurred by this type of circumstance are the responsibility of the customer.

ACCOMMODATION

When making a reservation the client is completely and exclusively responsible for declaring the correct number of people that will occupy the lodgings, without omitting any children, whatever their age. Be advised that the accommodation management can legally deny admission to any people undeclared, and there is no compensation recourse for this cause.

It is possible to be furnished with supplementary beds or cots. These should be requested by the clients before finalizing the contract, and will not be included in the published tour price.

When it comes to the arrival and departure to and from hotels, as a general rule, and unless expressly otherwise agreed to in the contract, rooms can be entered from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and should be vacated by noon on the day of departure. If the customer expects to arrive at the reserved accommodation at a different time, in order to avoid problems and misunderstandings it is necessary to communicate the fact to MoreThanSun S.L. or directly to the accommodation supplier as well in advance as possible.

The customer should also consult with MoreThanSun S.L. at the time of making the reservation the possibility of taking pets, since pets are not generally admitted in hotels.

COMPLAINTS AND ARBITRATION

In the unlikely event that you have any reason to complain or experience any problems with your holiday whilst away, you must immediately inform the hotel manager or other supplier of the services in question. If they cannot immediately resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you must also contact our office. The telephone and fax numbers of our office can be found on your itinerary, vouchers, and confirmation/invoices. Until we know about a problem or complaint, we cannot begin to resolve it. Most problems can be dealt quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, however, you must write to us within 28 days of the end of the tour giving full details of your complaint. We will not be responsible for complaints made to us more than one month after your holiday, or if you have not followed the procedures set out above. Both the traveller and the organising agency expressly agree to submit any claims, which may arise from the performance of the services to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, and renounce any other jurisdiction.

The greatest care has been taken in the preparation of the information in all our documentation (website, presentations, travel documentation, etc.). There may, however, be occasions when a facility or service mentioned might be either modified or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or local weather conditions. Museums, art galleries, historic buildings or similar can be closed due to maintenance work, industrial dispute or local holidays. These circumstances are outside our control. When we are advised of such circumstances we will of course pass on this information to you as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for such circumstances.
Where pictures of bedrooms are shown, it is not guaranteed that every bedroom at the hotel will be exactly the same. Individual requests for special beds or specific views etc. are on request only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by us in writing.
