| ► HOW CAN I BOOK ONE OF YOUR TOURS? |
Booking a tour with MoreThanSun TRAVEL is very simple, you just have to choose the one that suits you the best. You can ask for information and book using the contact form on this website or sending us an e-mail. You can also call our office in Madrid. You’ll find the contact details in the Bookings and Information - section of this website.
Most of our clients book from outside of Spain. It is not necessary to visit our office to book a tour. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary advice and information on the phone or by e-mail. You can pay by bank transfer or with your credit card on the phone, and you will receive the travel documentation by e-mail or by a messenger service, naturally without any extra cost for you. |

| Most of the hotels we use are small charming establishments, where it can be difficult to find availability especially during the high season. We have a selection of quality accommodation options with similar characteristics in all our destinations, so that we can always offer the best solution to our clients. Once we know the dates of your trip, we can offer you all the details regarding the accommodation. We guarantee you always good value for your money. |

| MoreThanSun TRAVEL was created to fulfil your wish to get to know Spain even better. We do all that we can to attend you in your own language, and the selection of languages we offer widens every day. If we cannot yet attend you in your own language, we assure you that we’re working on it. Meanwhile, we guarantee you the service and all travel documentation in English. |

| As always, MoreThanSun TRAVEL wants to make things easy for you. You can pay by bank transfer directly to our account, or by credit card over the phone. |

| ► WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE? |
The prices we advertise are always final prices, so you will never find unpleasant surprises. Our tour prices are advertised in euros and include the services for one person when sharing a double room throughout the duration of the tour. All services included in each tour price are outlined in the corresponding tour description.
Our prices always include accommodation, full breakfast, comprehensive travel documentation and all possible fees and taxes. In most cases, they also include some guided excursions, visits or activities. If you have any doubt regarding the services included in your tour price, feel free to contact us. Most of our tours are self drive tours. This means that our clients follow a ready-made itinerary with their own vehicle and with all the necessary reservations made in advance by MoreThanSun TRAVEL. Comprehensive travel documentation with maps and information about the places to visit guides you along the way. All our tours also include some guided excursions or visits.
A self drive tour is a perfect travel concept to get to know Spain at your own pace. Your independence as a traveller is guaranteed and you won’t feel like a tourist at all! Spain is a very safe country to get around on your own. |

| ► I DON’T SPEAK SPANISH, IS THIS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM? |
Knowing a few basic words of Spanish is always handy when travelling, but you don’t have to worry if your Spanish is not up to scratch. All of our accommodation providers, as well as those who will guide you during the visits and excursions, speak at least English. Our comprehensive travel documentation helps you along the way.
Travel with an open mind and remember that the spoken language is only one way to communicate. Often a big smile helps much more than a dictionary! And don’t forget that we are only a phone call away should you need any assistance. |

| The tours shown in this web site are self drive tours, which means that our clients follow a ready-made itinerary with their own vehicle. The price indicated does not include car hire, but naturally we can arrange a rental vehicle cost effectively. Depending on your wishes and needs regarding the car category and size and your travel dates, we'll find the best available price just for you. Contact us and ask for a instant rental quote! |

| ► WHERE DO I BEGIN MY TOUR FROM? |
| If you come from outside of Spain by flight, we'll check the nearest airport to the departure point of your tour. Depending on your flight timetable, you can sleep over in the airport city, or can start the tour right away. |

| ► I AM WORRIED ABOUT GETTING LOST WHEN DRIVING, WHAT CAN I DO? |
| For an additional fee MoreThanSun TRAVEL provides you with a GPS Satellite Navigator which will lead you smoothly throughout your trip. Your travel documentation will also include maps of all the cities visited. |

| ► CAN I TRAVEL AT ANY TIME OF THE YEAR? |
| All our tours can be made at any time of year. Nevertheless, to enable you to appreciate them to the full, please ask our team to advise you on the best time to travel. Sometimes weather conditions can be adverse, and so it may be advisable to choose another time to travel. We can also advise you on how to avoid the most crowded days of the year. |
